Shipping and Returns Policy

At USA Grills and BBQ we offer free shipping on all of our products as well as a 30 day money back guarantee.

For returns, the item must be in new condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for used products.

When you receive your grill, please inspect the boxes. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the packaging and merchandise upon receipt and report any damage immediately. If the shipment is through freight, you should inspect the goods before accepting them. If there is severe damage, you should refuse the shipment. In any case, please make sure to note any concerns about packaging or missing parts on the driver's copy of the Bill of Lading. This will enable you to file a claim if any parts are missing or if there is concealed damage.
